What happens next

From enquiry to a confirmed visit

You get a firm price

Usually within the hour during opening times. For standard fabric furniture the figure comes from the published price list, not from your address.

We agree a slot

Inside Century City, often the same day. Outside Century City, Rockwell and Salcedo Village we tell you the transport figure at the same time as the price, before you commit.

We clean and dry it

We assess and clean the agreed items, then discuss drying and when they can be used. Contact us within 48 hours after cleaning if there is a concern about the quality of our work. We correct workmanship issues at no extra charge. This does not guarantee removal of every stain or restoration of damaged material.
