Century City

Century City, Kalayaan Avenue

This is home. Knightsbridge Residences, The Gramercy, Milano Residences, Trump Tower Manila and Century Spire sit on one stretch of Kalayaan Avenue, and we are inside the complex rather than servicing it from a depot somewhere else in the city.

What that changes in practice: no transport fee at all, same-day slots when the diary allows, and a realistic answer when you ask whether we can come back if something shows up after the fabric dries. If you notice a workmanship concern after the visit, contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange a review.

Drying arrangements depend on your item and room. Tell us about limited ventilation or a fixed deadline for using the furniture. Assisted drying is included for suitable extraction work.

For a rental turnover in Poblacion or Barangay Olympia, list the furniture that needs cleaning and the next check-in time. This enquiry concerns upholstery, mattresses and rugs rather than a general housekeeping package.

For a Salcedo or Legazpi booking, tell us which sofa, mattress or rug needs attention and share the building’s entry requirements.

For sofas with darkened arms or headrests, send close-ups and an overall photo. The sofa cleaning page explains assessment and limits; wear or discolouration can remain after cleaning.

Ask your building administration about work permits, service hours and lift reservations. Share their current requirements before the visit.

Rockwell & Bel-Air

For a sectional, show every module and the chaise; use the L-shaped sofa checklist. For rugs, provide dimensions and care information for a measured-area quote.

Questions about coverage

Which parts of Makati do you cover?

All of it. We are based in Century City on Kalayaan Avenue, so the five towers in the complex are a lift ride and carry no transport fee. Travel is included in Century City, Rockwell and Salcedo Village. Other locations are quoted before booking.

Do you go outside Makati?

BGC, Ortigas and Mandaluyong on days when the schedule allows it. We would rather tell you straight that a Tuesday works and a Saturday does not than take the booking and be late. Ask and you get a yes or a no the same day.

Can you come the same day?

Same-day appointments depend on existing bookings, the work required and building access. Send your items, area and preferred time; the appointment is confirmed only after we agree a slot.

Do you need building permission or a work permit?

Requirements differ by building. Ask the administration about registration, permits, service hours and lift access, then share the requirements with us before the visit.
