Where We Work in Makati

We are inside Century City on Kalayaan Avenue, not driving in from another city. That is the whole reason there is no transport fee here and why same-day is usually possible.

Two radii

The complex first, Makati second

Being local is not a slogan here, it is the pricing. Everything inside the complex costs nothing to reach, so it costs you nothing.

Century City — no transport fee

KnightsbridgeThe GramercyMilano Trump TowerCentury Spire

Five towers on one block of Kalayaan Avenue. We carry the machine across, we do not drive it. Same-day slots are usually available and there is never a call-out charge.

The rest of Makati — transport quoted

PoblacionSalcedo VillageLegazpi Village RockwellBel-AirSan LorenzoDasmariñas MagallanesForbes Park

A short drive with an extractor, an air mover and forty litres of water. The transport figure is quoted with the job, before you book, and it does not change afterwards.

Century City

Century City, Kalayaan Avenue

This is home. Knightsbridge Residences, The Gramercy, Milano Residences, Trump Tower Manila and Century Spire sit on one stretch of Kalayaan Avenue, and we are inside the complex rather than servicing it from a depot somewhere else in the city.

What that changes in practice: no transport fee at all, same-day slots when the diary allows, and a realistic answer when you ask whether we can come back if something shows up after the fabric dries. Coming back across a lobby is not the same commitment as coming back across EDSA.

Units here are almost all air-conditioned and almost none get direct sun on the furniture, which is exactly the combination that makes drying matter. A sofa cleaned without an air mover in a Century City unit can still be damp the next morning. That is why every job we do finishes with one.

Poblacion

Poblacion and Barangay Olympia

Older low-rise buildings, a lot of short-let and serviced units, and a turnover rate that shows on the furniture. The most common booking here is not a household sofa at all, it is a turnover clean between guests: a two-seater, a mattress and sometimes a rug, done in a single visit before the next check-in.

Owners letting units on a nightly basis usually put this on a schedule rather than calling each time. The minimum order of ₱2,000 is comfortably cleared by a sofa and a mattress together, which is the standard turnover package.

Salcedo & Legazpi

Salcedo Village and Legazpi Village

The CBD residential blocks. Mostly one and two-bedroom units, mostly working professionals, and a lot of sofas that have never been cleaned since the unit was handed over because nobody was quite sure who to ask.

The pattern we see here is the arm-and-headrest darkening described on the upholstery page: the fabric on the contact points goes a shade deeper than the back panel over about two years, and most people put it down to fading rather than body oil. It comes out.

Buildings in both villages generally require a work permit for service crews. Tell us the building name when you book and we will tell you what the admin office needs from you.

Rockwell & Bel-Air

Rockwell, Bel-Air and the villages

Larger units, more sectionals, more rugs, and more households with pets. The two jobs that come up most often here are the L-shaped sofa, which is priced by total length rather than by seat, and the area rug, which is quoted by size and pile after a photo.

Pet urine deserves a plain word rather than a sales one. Fresh accidents come out. Old ones that soaked into the foam of a sofa or a mattress leave uric acid crystals, and the smell returns on a humid day even after the mark has gone. Those need an enzyme treatment, they cost more, and we tell you the odds before you pay rather than after.

BGC, Ortigas and Mandaluyong

On days when the schedule allows it, and only then. We would rather give you a straight no on a Saturday than take the booking and arrive at nine in the evening.

Mandaluyong and Greenhills, subject to the diary
Quezon City, Alabang and Parañaque. Not yet, and we will say so rather than string you along

FAQ

Questions about coverage

Which parts of Makati do you cover?

All of it. We are based in Century City on Kalayaan Avenue, so the five towers in the complex are a lift ride and carry no transport fee. Poblacion, Salcedo Village, Legazpi Village, Rockwell, Bel-Air, San Lorenzo and Dasmariñas are a short drive and carry a transport fee we quote before you book.

Do you go outside Makati?

BGC, Ortigas and Mandaluyong on days when the schedule allows it. We would rather tell you straight that a Tuesday works and a Saturday does not than take the booking and be late. Ask and you get a yes or a no the same day.

Can you come the same day?

Inside Century City, often yes, because there is no travel involved. Elsewhere in Makati it depends on what is already booked that day. Message in the morning and you will know within the hour.

Do you need building permission or a work permit?

Most condominiums in Makati require the unit owner or tenant to register a service crew with the admin office in advance, and some charge a small work permit fee. Tell us the building when you book and we will tell you what it needs. It is a five-minute job for you and it prevents us being turned away at the lobby.
