Sofa & Upholstery Cleaning in Century City, Makati
Hot-water extraction for sofas, armchairs and mattresses, done in your unit. Prices are on this page instead of behind an ocular inspection: an armchair is ₱950, a three-seater ₱1,700. We finish with an air mover, so you sit on it again in about two hours.
One machine, four jobs
Everything soft in the unit. Sofas are the job; mattresses and rugs come along in the same visit.
Sofas & Armchairs
Fabric sofas, sectionals, armchairs and dining chairs. From ₱950 an armchair, ₱1,700 a three-seater.
Mattresses
UV vacuum first, then extraction. ₱1,100 single, ₱1,900 queen, ₱2,300 king. Cheapest booked alongside a sofa.
Rugs & Carpets
Area rugs, runners and fitted carpet cleaned in place. Quoted by size and pile.
Turnover for Rentals
Between tenants and between guests. Owners letting units in the complex book this on a schedule.
Why extraction, and not a wipe-down
The water comes back out
Cleaning solution goes into the fabric under pressure, then a commercial extractor pulls it back out along with the dirt it dissolved. Shampooing leaves residue in the weave, and residue attracts dirt again within weeks. You can look in the recovery tank when we finish.
Then it gets dried, on purpose
We finish every job with an air mover forcing air through the fabric. This is the part almost nobody on this market brings. In an air-conditioned condo with no sun on the furniture, a sofa left to dry by itself can stay damp until the next day, and damp fabric in Manila humidity starts to smell. Two hours, not overnight.
One to two hours per unit
A three-seater and an armchair is about ninety minutes door to door. We work around your furniture, not through your whole flat, and we bring our own extension leads because the sockets in these units are never where the sofa is.
What it costs, before you ask
Where a price list exists on this market, it usually ends with “subject to inspection”. Ours does not: for standard fabric furniture the figure below is the figure, and inside Century City transport is free.
Sofas & chairs
Armchair, 1 seat ₱950
2-seater sofa ₱1,400
3-seater sofa ₱1,700
L-shaped ₱2,600–3,200
L-shape depends on total length. We confirm before starting.
Mattresses
Single ₱1,100
Queen ₱1,900 · King ₱2,300
Best value added to a sofa booking, since the machine is already in the room.
The two rules
Minimum order ₱2,000
Transport inside Century City ₱0
Elsewhere in Makati we add a transport fee and tell you the figure before you book.
Booking two pieces at once is cheaper than booking them twice, because the expensive part is the visit. A three-seater and an armchair together is ₱2,500, a sofa and a queen mattress ₱3,300.

Questions we get asked
How much does sofa cleaning cost in Makati?
An armchair is ₱950, a two-seater sofa ₱1,400, a three-seater ₱1,700 and an L-shaped sofa ₱2,600 to ₱3,200 depending on length. Mattresses are ₱1,100 for a single and ₱1,900 for a queen and ₱2,300 for a king. The minimum order is ₱2,000. Inside Century City there is no transport fee.
How long does a sofa take to dry?
About two hours. We finish every job with an air mover, which forces air through the fabric instead of leaving it to dry on its own. Without one, a sofa in an air-conditioned condo can stay damp until the next day, and damp fabric in Manila humidity starts to smell.
Do you charge a transport fee?
Not inside Century City. We are based in the complex on Kalayaan Avenue, so Knightsbridge, Gramercy, Milano, Trump Tower and Century Spire cost nothing extra. Elsewhere in Makati a transport fee applies and we quote it before booking.
Is this the same as shampooing or steam cleaning?
No. We use hot-water extraction: cleaning solution goes into the fabric under pressure and a commercial extractor pulls the water and the dissolved dirt back out. Shampooing leaves residue behind, which attracts dirt again within weeks. Wiping or steaming without extraction moves the soil around rather than removing it.
Can you clean a mattress at the same visit?
Yes, and it is cheaper as an add-on than as its own booking. We run a UV vacuum over the mattress first and you can see what comes out of the canister before we start.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Tell us before we leave and we redo the piece there and then. If something shows up after it dries, message us within 24 hours and we come back at no charge.
Do you clean leather?
Not by extraction. Leather and suede need a different process and we would rather say no than ruin a sofa. Fabric, microfibre and most blends are what we do.
