Book a sofa, mattress or rug on its own, or combine suitable items in one visit. The minimum order is ₱3,000.

Mattresses

The Method
Why extraction, and not a wipe-down
The water comes back out
Cleaning solution goes into the fabric under pressure, then a Kärcher Puzzi extractor pulls it back out along with the dirt it dissolved. Controlled application and recovery help manage cleaning solution and moisture in the fabric. You can look in the recovery tank when we finish.
Help with drying after cleaning
Air movement supports drying after extraction. The material, filling and room conditions affect the time required. Tell us if you need the item for guests or for sleeping that evening so we can discuss a realistic plan.

The size, material and condition determine the appointment length. Send photographs of all items and mention access restrictions; we confirm the expected work and discuss drying before you book.

Booking two pieces at once is cheaper than booking them twice, because the expensive part is the visit. A three-seater and an armchair together is ₱5,900, a sofa and a queen mattress ₱7,900.

How much does sofa cleaning cost in Makati?
An armchair is ₱2,400, a two-seater sofa ₱3,100, a three-seater ₱3,900 and an L-shaped sofa ₱5,400 to ₱7,900 depending on length. Mattresses are ₱2,400 for a single and ₱4,700 for a queen and ₱5,500 for a king. The minimum order is ₱3,000. Travel is included in Century City, Rockwell and Salcedo Village.
How long does a sofa take to dry?
Drying time depends on the material, filling, moisture retained and room conditions. Air-mover drying is included. Tell us when you need the item again so we can discuss a realistic plan; wait until it is dry before use.
Do you charge a transport fee?
Travel is included in Century City, Rockwell and Salcedo Village. Outside Century City, Rockwell and Salcedo Village a transport fee applies and we quote it before booking.
Is this the same as shampooing or steam cleaning?
No. We use hot-water extraction: cleaning solution goes into the fabric under pressure and a Kärcher Puzzi extractor pulls the water and the dissolved dirt back out. The name of a cleaning service does not tell you all its steps. Ask whether it includes liquid recovery, material checks and drying arrangements.
Can you clean a mattress at the same visit?
Yes, and it is cheaper as an add-on than as its own booking. We run a UV vacuum over the mattress first and you can see what comes out of the canister before we start.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Contact us within 48 hours after cleaning if there is a concern about the quality of our work. We correct workmanship issues at no extra charge. This does not guarantee removal of every stain or restoration of damaged material.
Do you clean leather?
Not by extraction. Leather and suede need a different process and we would rather say no than ruin a sofa. Fabric, microfibre and most blends are what we do.
Who will clean my furniture?
The owner personally carries out CLB cleaning in Makati. CLB also operates in Hungary, Canada and the USA. Discuss the items, material and expected result directly with the person doing the work.
Is travel included in the price?
Travel is included in Century City, Rockwell and Salcedo Village. Other areas are quoted before booking. The minimum order is ₱3,000. The agreed scope and total are confirmed before the appointment.
What does the 48-hour quality guarantee cover?
Contact CLB within 48 hours after completion of the cleaning if there is a problem with the quality of the work. We correct workmanship issues at no extra charge. This is not a guarantee that every stain can be removed or damaged fabric restored.
