Check pile, backing and care instructions
Grit, spills and tracked-in soil can collect within rug pile. Vacuuming is useful routine care; whether deeper cleaning is suitable depends on the fibre, dyes, backing and manufacturer’s instructions.
Photograph traffic areas and visible marks, but include the entire rug and its label too. Appearance alone does not reveal the material or the condition of the backing.
When cleaning in your unit is appropriate
Some delicate, valuable or heavily contaminated rugs need specialist facilities and controlled drying. Cleaning in your unit is convenient for suitable items, but it is not the right method for every rug.
We bring the Kärcher Puzzi extractor to suitable rugs and fitted carpet. Send the material, dimensions and photos so we can assess the item and the space where it will be cleaned and dried.

Dye test on a hidden corner
We test an inconspicuous area for colour transfer before treatment. If the dye is unstable, we discuss why the proposed method may not be suitable.

Dry soil removal first
We vacuum loose grit and dust before applying cleaning solution. This removes dry debris before the wet-cleaning stages.

Pre-spray and agitation
Solution worked into the pile with a brush and left to dwell. The amount of preparation depends on the pile, material and soiling.

Hot-water extraction
For suitable rugs, the Kärcher Puzzi applies cleaning solution and recovers it with loosened soil. We adjust the work to the pile and construction.

Assisted drying
Foam blocks under any furniture legs that go back on top, so nothing wicks or stains while it dries.

High pile can require more preparation and drying work. Send the dimensions and photos so we can confirm any surcharge and the total before booking.
The ₱3,000 minimum order applies, and in Century City, Rockwell and Salcedo Village there is no transport fee. The pieces we book most often alongside a rug are a sofa and a mattress, because the machine is already in the unit and the call-out is already covered.

How much does carpet cleaning cost in Makati?
Rugs and fitted carpets are ₱360 per square metre for standard pile. Deep shag or high pile carries a 40% surcharge, confirmed before booking. The minimum order is ₱3,000. Send dimensions, material information and photos for a written total. Travel is included in Century City, Rockwell and Salcedo Village. Other locations are quoted before booking.
Do you take the rug away to clean it?
Our service cleans suitable rugs in your unit. We do not collect them for plant cleaning. Some items need a specialist method or drying facility; suitability is assessed before work.
How long does a carpet take to dry?
Drying time depends on the material, filling, moisture retained and room conditions. Air-mover drying is included. Tell us when you need the item again so we can discuss a realistic plan; wait until it is dry before use.
Can you clean fitted carpet in a condo?
Yes, bedrooms and home offices are common. We work around furniture rather than emptying the room, and put foam blocks under any wooden legs so nothing wicks moisture or stains the pile while it dries.
Will cleaning shrink or damage my rug?
No method is suitable for every rug. We assess the fibre, backing, care instructions and dye stability before treatment. Silk, jute, sisal and antique hand-knotted rugs are outside our standard extraction service. A hidden-area test does not remove every risk.
Who will clean my furniture?
The owner personally carries out CLB cleaning in Makati. CLB also operates in Hungary, Canada and the USA. Discuss the items, material and expected result directly with the person doing the work.
Is travel included in the price?
Travel is included in Century City, Rockwell and Salcedo Village. Other areas are quoted before booking. The minimum order is ₱3,000. The agreed scope and total are confirmed before the appointment.
What does the 48-hour quality guarantee cover?
Contact CLB within 48 hours after completion of the cleaning if there is a problem with the quality of the work. We correct workmanship issues at no extra charge. This is not a guarantee that every stain can be removed or damaged fabric restored.
