Privacy Policy

This policy covers makati.clbcleaning.com and the bookings that come through it. It is written to the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and its implementing rules.
Who is responsible
CLB Cleaning Makati is operated by Yosef Rudakov as a sole operator, based in Century City, Kalayaan Avenue, Makati, Metro Manila. Contact for anything on this page: +63 917 106 6760, or the same number on Viber.
CLB Cleaning also operates in Canada, Hungary and the United States. Those are separate operations with separate customers. Nothing collected here is used for marketing by them.
What we collect, and only when you give it
- Your name and mobile number. Required, because a quote has to reach somebody and a crew has to be let into a building.
- Your email address. Optional. Used to send you a written copy of the quote so you still have it an hour later.
- The building or area, and the unit once you book. Required to reach you and to work out whether a transport fee applies.
- What needs cleaning, and anything you tell us about it. Fabric, stains, pets, timing.
- Photographs you choose to send. Only what you send us on Viber or by email. We do not photograph your home without asking, and we do not publish a photograph of your furniture anywhere without asking you first, in words, on the day.
We do not ask for and do not want your date of birth, your government ID numbers, your bank details or any of the categories the Data Privacy Act calls sensitive personal information. If you send them anyway, we delete them.
What this website collects on its own
Nothing that identifies you. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no tracking cookie on this site at the time of writing. The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for security and abuse prevention, under Cloudflare's own retention. If we add analytics later, this section changes before the script does.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Two grounds under the Act. Your name, number and address are processed because they are necessary to give you the quote and the service you asked for. Anything beyond that, such as keeping your details to remind you a year later that the sofa is due again, happens only with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time by saying so.
Who else sees it
- Our booking system, hosted on Supabase, where the enquiry becomes a job card. Same system used by the other CLB operations, with the branch recorded on each record.
- Resend, which delivers the confirmation email if you gave us an address.
- Cloudflare, which serves the website and receives the form submission on its way to us.
- Building administration, where the condominium requires a service crew to be registered before entry. We give them what the building asks for and nothing more.
We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not hand it to a marketing list. Some of the processors above operate servers outside the Philippines, which the Act permits provided the data stays protected to the same standard; that responsibility remains ours, not theirs.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that never became a booking: twelve months, then deleted.
- Completed jobs: three years, because that is the practical window for a complaint, a repeat booking or a tax question.
- Photographs you sent for a quote: deleted once the job is done, unless you have told us in writing that we may keep one.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete it, object to further processing, or hand it to you in a portable form. Message the number above and we will do it within fifteen days at the latest, usually the same week. You do not have to give a reason, and asking costs nothing.
If you think we have handled your data badly and we have not fixed it, you can complain to the National Privacy Commission at privacy.gov.ph. We would rather you told us first.
Security, stated plainly
The site is served over HTTPS, the form posts to an endpoint that never exposes credentials in the page, and access to the booking system is limited to the people who actually do the jobs. No small operation should claim more than that, and any that does is describing an aspiration.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Anything that materially affects what we do with data already collected will be told to you directly, not left for you to notice.
